MINED LAND
RECLAMATION BOARD/STATE OF COLORADO, Public Notice in conformance with the
Colorado Sunshine Act of 1972. The Mined
Land Reclamation Board will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday, – April 14, 2010,
at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado, beginning at 9:00 a.m.,
unless otherwise noticed. On Thursday, April 15, 2010 - Board's rulemaking hearing commences with
public comment by non-parties at the Mined Land Reclamation Board's hearing, to
be held from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 4705 Clydesdale
Parkway, Loveland, CO 80538.
Due to the statutory deadlines and other responsibilities and requirements, the following Mined Land Reclamation Board Meeting AGENDA IS TENTATIVE AND WILL BE REVISED. If you have any questions on specific Agenda Items, please contact the Division at 303.866.3567.

The Agenda for April 15 is as follows:
